Located in the Liaocheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Shandong Qianxin Steel Co., Ltd. operates a complete processing chain of hot rolling, cold drawing, precision rolling and annealing. We produce custom alloy round bars, seamless steel pipes and special steels to customer requirements, covering sizes 40mm–400mm × 2–40mm. Billets are sourced from major steel mills such as Dongbei Special Steel, Shijiazhuang Iron & Steel, Xining Special Steel, Hubei Daye, Laigang and Jianlong, ensuring stable and traceable material quality.

Supporting grades including 40CrNiMoA, 8620H, 4140, 4340 and 20Cr2Ni4A

Hot Rolling Mills × 3

Three hot rolling mills (50mm, 90mm and 130mm) covering hot rolling of medium and large round bars and tube billets.

Cold Drawing Machines × 3

Three cold drawing machines providing high-precision cold drawing with stable dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Precision Rolling Mills × 10

A precision rolling line of ten mills, meeting flexible production needs for small batches, multiple sizes and high precision.

Annealing Furnace × 1

Annealing equipment that improves material microstructure and machinability to meet subsequent machining requirements.

Spheroidizing Furnace × 1

Spheroidizing annealing equipment providing the required microstructure for bearing and machining-grade materials.
